Nicole and Molly in Africa, Journal 2, Nicole: Botswana
After Namibia, I flew to Botswana to do more scouting and visit Pieter Kat, Kalahari Harry and many more researcher friends. I stayed with Brian and Hildrene - Brian is one of our guides for June 2007 Botswana/Victoria Falls excursion. The highlight was when we were out for a game drive and found something neither of us had seen before, 2 large puff adders mating in the road in front of us. We sat and watched them for a long time, until they slithered out of sight and into the bush. I love that every time I come back there is something new and exciting to see.
I am presently in Mozambique - eating prawns on the beach of the Indian Ocean, enjoying the tropical breezes. I will email more about those journeys when I get the chance!

PS - To all of those popping by to see Mike and Colton - thanks for keeping an eye on them! No 2nd dog yet, but he had been threatening a bear this year :-). So far he's just bought another old bus and a canoe.
